Twin Cities Wellness Center & Recovery Gym collaborates with multiple insurance providers, including Medicaid, County-Based Behavioral Health Funds, and PMAP plans, to facilitate access to our services. Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. We remain committed to exploring options and expanding our network of accepted insurance providers to ensure equitable access to quality care for all individuals seeking support on their recovery journey.

When it comes to Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, one of the largest barriers for individuals is being able to afford them.

Depending on your current level of income, you may qualify for state or county funding support.

Medical Assistance in Minnesota is based on income and other eligibility criteria, such as age, disability status, pregnancy, or having dependent children. Eligible individuals receive comprehensive healthcare coverage at little to no cost, with services delivered through a network of participating healthcare providers and clinics. The program plays a vital role in improving access to healthcare and reducing financial barriers for vulnerable populations who may not otherwise have the means to afford necessary medical services.

If you would like assistance to find out if you qualify, TCWCRG encourages you to contact Briva Health.

You may also be eligible for funding for treatment through the Behavioral Health Fund (BHF) and direct access process if you meet clinical and financial eligibility. Through Direct Access you can seek assistance and funding by reaching out to treatment facilities directly. BHF is a funding source of last resort, for when there is no active health insurance policy. Complete the application and secure verifications to submit to your identified county of residence for approval.

Verifications of address and income are needed to process your application for funding: · Residency verification examples: Copy of a piece of mail, with name, address, and dated within the past 30 days – Residency Verification Form (see enclosed) – hotel bill – etc. · Income verification examples: Pay stubs from past 30 days – Proof of unemployment – Social Security payments – child support received – pensions – retirement funds – etc.
