About TCWCRG
Twin Cities Wellness Center & Recovery Gym (TCWCRG) bridges the gap between traditional treatment and whole-person wellness by integrating physical health, nutrition, and mental well-being into every stage of recovery.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional treatment and whole-person wellness by integrating physical health, nutrition, and mental well-being into every stage of recovery. Recovery is not just about stopping use; it is about rebuilding life with support for mind, body, and community. At Twin Cities Wellness Center & Recovery Gym, we do this by pairing licensed co-occurring care with movement-based programming, nutrition education, and practical support that fits real schedules and real responsibilities. Every client is invited to build discipline, connection, and confidence so that recovery becomes a sustainable way of living, not just a short-term goal.
