An intensive outpatient program that integrates physical wellness and nutrition support built to restore your health, confidence, and community connection.
Where Recovery Meets Wellness
At Twin Cities Wellness Center & Recovery Gym (TCWCRG), we combine substance use and mental health treatment with physical fitness and nutrition education to help adults build lasting recovery. Our integrated approach restores balance to both body and mind—helping clients discover discipline, connection, and a sustainable path to wellness.

Start Your Journey
Entering treatment can feel overwhelming. Our admissions team makes the process simple, transparent, and compassionate. We help verify insurance, answer questions, and coordinate with referral sources when probation, courts, or community providers are involved.
Every new client receives a comprehensive assessment with a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a nutrition consultation with our Registered Dietitian, and a diagnostic assessment with a Mental Health Professional. When possible, we assist with immediate housing at intake so clients can focus on recovery.
Our Philosophy
Twin Cities Wellness Center & Recovery Gym (TCWCRG) bridges the gap between traditional treatment and whole-person wellness by integrating physical health, nutrition, and mental well-being into every stage of recovery.
TCWCRG is a Rule 245G-licensed Intensive Outpatient Program for adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, treated together rather than separately.
Three weekly fitness sessions help clients build strength and confidence while movement supports emotional regulation and sobriety.
A Registered Dietitian leads group and individual sessions on blood-sugar balance, accessible meals, and how food affects mood, with community and accountability supporting recovery.
