Tom Dubay has a B.S. in Project Management and began his career in food science. Then, after losing everything to addiction, Tom rebuilt a new life with a focus on sobriety and is currently a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist recognized by the Minnesota Certification Board. An active member of the recovery community, Tom is passionate about the rewards sobriety has given him and loves to share his experience, strength, and hope with each client that walks in the door. Prior to his position at TCWCRG, Tom began working in the recovery field in residential settings such as NorthStar Regional and Vinland National Center. Tom's compassion for newcomers and desire to pass on the benefits of a life in recovery is inspiring and a perfect fit for Team TCWCRG.
